Business is simple. The principles of operating your business for optimal profits are proven and easy to understand. People bring complexity to the process. A properly defined and executed management system brings unnecessary complexity back to reality.
I have completed the first chart, notes and video of the summary of this management system that I have named The 10 Minute MBA. The chart and supporting notes summarizes how well run companies are organized to optimize profits. The definition of companies includes the entrepreneur operating without any employees as well as the multi-billion international conglomerate.
This information is a result of a lot of work that began in the 90’s working as the CFO for a number of very large companies. Since then I have further developed this process by working with numerous clients and attending seminars like The System, JV Alert, Stompernet, Dan Kennedy’s conferences and more. Then there are the books, DVD’s, program and other resource material that, like many of you, I have poured over looking for the Holy Grail of profit making.
All of that time and most of those resources have been valuable investments. I hope like me you continue to invest in yourself.
