Don’t Ever Delete A Domain…Ever

Last week I received an email from a lady inquiring about an order that she had placed. Her order was for a popular product but one whose spelling I wanted to double check. So I “Googled” the product name …and I about feel off my chair. A site that I created in 1996 and is one of the more “visual dysfunctional sites” designed by current standards, was number 2 on Google for this search term.

There is very little I do with the site and yet the orders role in for a quite a few products. They do because the descriptions are accurate and the products are available. Most importantly, in my view, the site has been live and active for 10 years – never down.

Six weeks ago I received a call from a lady who was searching for a consultant to help her business in Miami. I asked her how she found me and she said from a site that I created three years ago. If you are like me I often get an idea, set up a site and instead of working the site like I should, I forget about it. This is one of those sites. After reviewing the scope of this project I referrd this work to friend of mine who lives closer to the client. The proposal we submitted was accepted and right now this project is generating a lot of money each week for my friend. This all started with a “stale” site.

Update it, don’t update it or sell it but never delete it. There are links from nearly all the sites I have linking back to a primary site. Now, as I write more articles and develop content for programs like The 10 Minute MBA and Blogging For Profits there are even more links. This content is out there forever once published. Yes the written word may be picked up by article directories and published on other web sites. However, it is has been my experience people are more likely to find you from a site that is live with relevant content even when the site is almost as old as the html browser technology itself.

Project Update:

I normally post articles to my sites and Steve Reports several times a week. Recently I have been researching how to use tools that I have access to as a result of several memberships. Tools specifically designed to help companies market their business on line. As a result, my publication activity has gone down. I am back. Not that my research is done. It never is.

What did I learn? As an example, I have developed the skills to add relevant content to blogs automatically. Steve Reports is not one of the blogs where I use this technique. Here is an example of one that is: Ask The Consultant. This is my site and is one of the five I have worked on in the past month. If you visit that site and click on the blog link, you might notice the postings are related to the articles that automatically drip to this site.

Updating my site and blog automatically with relevant content every day or two has been aa goal of mine since February 2006. Now it is happening and I can turn my attention more to the quality of content.

I learned the basics of Camtasia and developed an on line presentation marketing a new service being offered by a company to Corporations. We are early in the process but it looks like this is going to be extremely successful. I am using Camtasia to develop an entire training program at The 10 Minute MBA

The church I attend records every service and CD’s can be purchased for $5.00. Just this past week I uploaded one of my favorite messages to a website I developed. This site is increasing the visibility of the church on line and the visibility of the minister. I am delighted to use internet marketing talents to increase the membership of this church.

The tools I am using are having a positive impact on all the sites I am working on. The Alexa rankings are moving up fast. My PR is improving as well. I don’t have any PR 5’s yet but I am confident I will this year. I rank 21 on Google for a highly competitive search term for my main business and I am confident I will be on the first page for that one in 60 days. When that happens the phone with companies requesting consulting services will be ringing off the hook. My goal is for the customer to find me. That way I can be even more selective on who I work with.

What’s the message? I have developed the skills to manage my sites. I have developed the skills to add video and mp3 recordings. Three years ago, I could do none of this. Are all of these skills necessary? They are if you have a passion for helping companies improve their business performance and absolutely know using the Internet as a key tool for growing business revenue and profits is critical. Are you continuing to develop your skills in an area you are passionate about?

So that is a thumbnail sketch of just a few of the projects I have been involved with. What about you? What are you learning? How do you plan to become better at what you do? “Do what you love and love what you do” is my goal. I suggest to you that is a great mission for everything in your life.

In about four months I’ll give you an end of the year update. Between now and then look for a lot more very valuable insight on achieving business goals and enjoying your life while doing it.

May you and yours experience permanent prosperity in all areas of you life.

Normally I Don’t Do This – But Tonight There Is A Damn Good Reason – Do Not Miss This Opportunity!

This post was not on my agenda to write and publish at all. I didn’t even know this was going to be announced tonight. I just happened to see one email with the announcement.

I have been a member of this marvelous program since December 1995. One of the first to join.
I am a major fan of Portal Feeder and the the team. I have learned so much and I am doing more on line than I ever imagined.

If you want to see several examples of recent portals I developed go to Ask The Consultant and Prosperity Roadmap. These I are sites I am happy with but you should see what some of the other members of Portal Feeder are doing – absolutely awesome and you will have access to this group.

The doors are open and probably will close to new members in less than 72 hours. So go right now and check it out. Here is the link Click Here For Portal Feeder This is not an affiliate link. I make nothing by promoting this offer. (Feel free to send the team a note as to where you heard about this.)

I absolutely have no more time to tell you about this marvelous program and support. I hope you give this a try. I have never regretted my decision from the day I joined. Never. Check this out now!

Kirt Christensen Sent Me A Note And IF You Run Adword Campaigns You Should Read This

I am a business development consultant. I use adword campaigns to develop and convert traffic. I manage about a third of the renenue Kirt is managing. My click through rates on primary key words are in excess of 20% and the return on investment averages 88%. However, when Kirt writes I pay close attention and so should you. He is right on and I am taking the liberty of reprinting his personal message to me just for you.

Steve Pohlit
Dear steve,

Today’s article is action-packed, read it and apply it to
your Adwords account right away!

Have feedback on it? Email us, I love to hear from my
readers!

Warmly,

Kirt Christensen
webmaster@scientificmarketing.com
==========

Every day I get emails from marketers using Adwords to
promote their business, and it’s not working out nearly the
way that they had hoped… Dismal click through rates
(CTR), barely workable click costs, and no matter what
they do, they can’t “figure out” the Adwords system.

While Adwords is a phenomenal way to get laser-targeted
traffic to your site, it does have a steep learning curve…
And that’s pretty daunting when it’s your own time and money
on the line!

I’ve boiled Adwords down to the following seven step
checklist. Although it’s not intended to be a cure-all for
every Adwords problem, these seven steps are the first to
take to make serious headway on your account!

1) Are you split-testing both your Adwords ads and your
sales letter or landing page?

This is the biggest error of them all! When I say “split-
testing” does your blood curl, or do horrific memories of
high school algebra class flash into your head? It doesn’t
have to be that way!

Testing is, in essence, simple. By “simple” I mean that all
you want to do is figure out whether ad “A” is better than
ad “B”. The definition of “better” being more clicks or
sales. That’s it!

Begin split-testing by making sure that every adgroup in
every campaign has two ads in it. Depending on the size
of your account, this could take a while, but trust me, it’s
well worth it.

After a while, each ad will have a different number of
clicks and a different CTR.

Now use the free tool at http://www.splittester.com. Plug in
your CTR and number of clicks, and it will run a statistical
test telling you how confident you can be in the results.
(In advertising, we usually use the 95% confidence level.)

After you’ve determined which ad is better, you’ve got your
“control” ad. Now, write a new ad, and attempt to beat your
control.

For split-testing your sales page or landing page, there are
tons of available scripts, both free and paid. In some
cases, your shopping cart system or ad tracker will have
this feature built in.

Continue to repeat this process on both your Adwords ads and
your sales pages or landing pages and you’ll quickly notice
an enormous cumulative effect.

2) Are you using all the potential keywords in your market,
not just the obvious ones?

If you don’t have at least 500 to 1,000 keywords, you’re
leaving highly targeted traffic on the table! Don’t be
content to only use the 10 to 20 major keywords and phrases.
For example, I have a campaign that has 2,015 keywords —
all to sell an ebook on how to get rid of bronchitis! I
recommend you do your keyword research with
http://www.keywordtopia.com, my personal favorite.

Keyword phrases that are two to five words long are called
“long tail” keywords. Individually, each one may only
account for a few clicks a month, but together represent a
massive amount of traffic.

(In next month’s article I’ll reveal a super-slick way to
spy on your competitors and find out exactly what keywords
they’re already using on Adwords!)

3) Do you use the three match types and negative keywords?

Do you know what brackets and quotation marks have to do
with Adwords? Many advertisers lose targeted clicks by
only using what is called “broad match”.

If you’re not tripling your keyword list by using phrase
match (putting the keyword in quotes) and exact match
(putting the keyword in brackets) you’re losing out on
traffic that is much more targeted and relevant than just
using broad match!

In fact, some savvy advertisers delete their broad match
keywords and solely use phrase and exact match to increase
their ROI.

Negative keywords are words and phrases used to prevent your
ad from showing on unrelated or untargeted searches.

Say, for example, you’re selling Condos in Costa Rica and
one of your keyword phrases is “Costa Rica”. You’ll save
yourself tons on your Adwords bill by using negative
keywords like, -surfing, -travel, and -tourism.

This will prevent your ad from showing if someone searches
for “Costa Rica Surfing” or “Costa Rica Travel”, and that’s
good because those searchers probably aren’t interested in
what you have to offer.

4) Do you have your keywords and adgroups organized
correctly?

Do you have only a couple of adgroups per campaign, stuffed
with hundreds (or thousands) of keywords? If so, this is
hampering your results!

Relevance is key on Adwords. And since it’s impossible to
write ads that are targeted and specific for hundreds of
different keywords, you need to “break out” keywords into
their own adgroups. For high traffic keywords, this could
mean one keyword, with the three different match types, per
adgroup. For lower traffic keywords, have no more than 15
to 21 keywords per adgroup.

After you “break out” the keywords into new adgroups, write
more focused ads, using the keywords as much as possible in
the ads. Your CTRs will raise across the board.

5) Are you using the content network effectively?

A common fallacies that you hear is that you should only
have the “search network” turned on and the “content
network” turned off. It’s true that the traffic from the
content network in some markets doesn’t convert into sales
as well, but that’s not always so. I have several clients
where the content network converts better than search. How
will you know? You won’t, until you test! Adjust your bids
for the content network up or down until it reaches your
desired cost to make a sale or get a lead, but to get those
numbers you’ll need to read the next step…

6) Do you have conversion tracking turned on?

Not all keywords are created equal! Some keywords convert
into sales at 3 to 9 times as often as others. Setting up
“conversion tracking” inside your account will tell you
exactly which keyword is responsible for a sale. If you
don’t have either conversion tracking, Google Analytics or
some third-party tool in place, you’ll never know. Pareto’s
principle, or the 80/20 rule, applies to Adwords as well. A
small portion of your keywords are bringing in most of your
sales. Wouldn’t you like to know which keywords to nurture
and grow, and which ones to delete?

7) Do you adjust your bids by keyword?

Again, not all keywords are created equal! Every keyword
will convert into a sale or lead at a different rate.
Adjust your keyword bids up or down until you hit an average
cost per sale that works for your business. You’ll find
that some keywords won’t work, even if you get the click for
only 1 cent! Delete ’em, and move on. Continue to monitor
and adjust the keywords that are left.

I hope this article has turned you on to some quick and
dirty ways to get the most out of your Adwords efforts! Day
by day, work on your account and apply these steps, and
you’ll soon see real progress.

My Friend Randy Gage Shares His Notes

(Randy Gage is a wonderful human being. I am delighted to pass
along this adverture. Be sure to see the invitation at the end. If
you skip to the end you have missed a great deal. Steve Pohlit)

Dear Steve,

I’m just in from Istanbul, Turkey, finishing up what was an
amazing trip. It would be difficult to put together three more
interesting but different stops on one itinerary.

As you know, Prague is one of my favorite cities in the world.
The mélange of castles, languages, and traditions create one of
the coolest experiences in Europe. The people are friendly, the
food is amazing, and you are surrounded by culture everywhere.

I stayed again at the Four Seasons on the Vltava River, where
you can want for nothing. The Allegro restaurant there is one of
the best in the country, or any country for that matter. In fact
their strawberry lemon cheesecake rivals the “Tres Coco Muey
Loco” coconut crème brûlée here at Yuca in South Beach. (Which
is only the greatest desert ever made since the earth’s crust
cooled!) My favorites are the Italian entrees, but they also
feature Mediterranean and Bohemian specialties.

If you go to Prague, also be sure and stop by Cowboys
steakhouse, and the Kampa Park restaurant at the foot of the
Charles bridge. They’re part of the six restaurants of Nils
Jebens (one in Slovakia), a transplanted Norwegian who operates
some of the best restaurants around.

And finally, get reservations at Flambée, which is located in a
Gothic vault that dates back to the 11th century. The sampler
menu offers true continental dining with about seven courses,
and you drinkers will go ga-ga over the wine list. Be sure to
bring your Platinum card, as you can pick up a nice bottle of
Dom Perignon, for the bargain price of only about a hundred
grand. If you do order a pricey bottle of something, ask for a
tour of the wine cellar. They may not accommodate you, but if
you do, you’ll be simply stunned at the scope of what they have
down there.

As always, I hated to leave this magical city, but was excited
to visit to Israel for the first time. As you land in Tel Aviv,
you are immediately fascinated by the sights around you. When I
was there, it was a nice, balmy 113 degrees! Unfortunately I was
conducting seminars a great portion of the day, and didn’t have
a lot of free time to explore the city. But what I did see
certainly was intriguing. Everywhere you turn, you are
surrounded by history.

There was a civil service strike looming, so I canceled my
Austrian Air reservations for the next day, and flew in on the
red-eye on El Al, so I wouldn’t miss conducting my programs. If
you think security at the U.S. airports is tough, you should buy
a one-way, last minute ticket to Israel!

I received a security interview worthy of an international
assassin, which I finally ended only by showing a magazine that
featured a four-color profile of me. In all fairness though, I
must say Israel has ample reason to do serious security
screening, and they do it with a hundred times more efficiency
than the ridiculous and melodramatic bullshit the TSA in the
States makes us put up with.

Their security checkpoints are actually quite efficient, well
staffed, and quick. Ian Percy will be happy to know that they
don’t make you remove your shoes for no reason, and they have
x-ray machines that can actually see through your canvas laptop
bag.

As far as El Al, their airport gate management is horrendous and
their First Class cabin was nothing special. Service was
friendly, but you always have the feeling that the big burley
flight attendant in the front of the plane is chosen for his
biceps and self-defense skills, not his hospitality training.
(Which is probably as it should be.)

The Israeli people are absolutely delightful. They have a
vibrant passion for learning, and a voracious appetite for
success. There were almost 2,500 people at my program Wednesday
night, many who traveled down from Haifa, up from Jerusalem, or
from other areas of the country in the middle of the workweek.
Like Prague, I ate too much, slept too little, and was sad to
leave. But Turkey was beckoning…

The Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul was wonderful. It was an
older plane, but had been retrofitted nicely. The service was
friendly, the food was tasty, and the First Class cabin was one
of the brighter and roomier ones I have been in. And when you
start your descent into the city, the view is beyond
spectacular.

Like Mexico City, Istanbul isn’t dominated by skyscrapers, but
low-level buildings for as far as the eye can see. It’s just a
scintillating taste of what you’ll experience when you land.
Take the route along the sea, as you leave the airport. It will
take you 15 minutes longer, but the view along the way is
breathtaking. Everywhere you turn in the city, in any direction,
is a picture postcard, as it is one of the truly great romantic
cities. No matter where you go, you feel like you’re starring in
an Indiana Jones movie.

While you’re there, be sure and eat at Adana Dostlar or
Venge-Levent for some authentic Turkish food. Within ten seconds
of being seated, they will start loading your table with salads
and cheese. Within a minute they will bring out baskets of
steaming Turkish bread. This unique treat is wafer thin, covered
with sesame seeds and seasoning, and comes with a pillow of air
inside. Rip it open hot and stuff it with goat cheese for a
flavor to savor.

About the time you’ve eaten about ten things and are completely
stuffed, they start bringing the entrees! Barbequed lamb, shaved
lamb and lamb kebobs are main stays. Wash it all down with a
yogurt milk, and if you haven’t eaten everything, expect a
tableside visit from a horrified manager to ask what was wrong
with the cooking. The Turks believe a man without a belly is
like a condo without a balcony.

When you simply cannot eat another bite, then the desert starts.
You simply have to try it, as it really is special. They make a
special ice cream which is hand mixed in lamb skin, and so hard
you must cut it with a knife. It’s served with grated pistachio
on top and is simply heavenly. There is also a hot pastry,
similar to Greek Baklava, but served hot with baked cheese
inside. Just plan on starting your diet after you leave town.

Istanbul tracks back from Byzantium to Constantinople to its
place at the head of the Ottoman Empire. (You can still see the
walls built to protect the city during the Ottoman Empire.) The
skyline is studded with domes and minarets, as it is home to
over 4,000 mosques, each one more stunning than the last.

The city is divided into two continents by the Bosporus, a
strait joining the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmar. We were
staying in Anatolia (the Asian side), and went over to the
European side for dinner each night. The suspension bridge
connecting the sides is as beautiful as the San Francisco or
Sydney harbor ones, so it’s worth a drive over. Just don’t go in
a hurry, because traffic is a nightmare in Istanbul, and the
bridge is usually a focal point of the mess. But the
breathtaking view is certainly worth the effort. It will rival
anything you’ve seen.

But don’t stick to the bridge each time. The ferry ride from one
side to the other is a must experience. Walking around the city
is an absolute adventure. Just bring your Turkish dictionary, as
Turkey is still kind of a parochial place. Between my companion
Dmitry and I, we spoke English, Spanish, Russian, French, and
German – which will get you exactly nowhere with the vast
majority of the locals.

Bring a card with your hotel address on it and a map everywhere
you go. Istanbul is huge, and filled with thousands of little
streets. Most people, including taxi drivers, will have vast
swatches of the city they are not familiar with.

The streets here make the ones in San Fran look flat and
straight. Many are no wider than a compact car and a phone book.
If you drove a Bentley or a Testarossa into them you would be
stuck between the buildings on either side and would be forced
to cut a hole in the roof or die in your vehicle. Many appear to
be one-way, but actually go in the direction of the taxi driver
with the highest testosterone level. Some of these drivers will
roar down these glorified alleyways at 50 or 60 mph.

I can drive my Vipers at 165 mph without even raising my pulse
rate. But riding in Istanbul taxis I was petrified. The drivers
will weave between vehicles and people as though they don’t
exist. They flash their lights or tap the horn once. You get out
of their way or they go over you. If you are a pedestrian and
you think they will stop for you, you won’t be long for this
world.

Be sure and visit the Tunel neighborhood, which includes a
wonderful pedestrian mall you can walk through without fear of
being run down by a taxi. We found a funky restaurant called
News Cafeteria that had opened just two days before. They offer
fresh juices, burgers, sandwiches and some amazing crepe
deserts. It’s a cool, funky place, and the perfect spot to
people watch.

The other neighborhood to visit with a bunch of nice
restaurants, markets, and clubs is Ortakoy. We stopped for
coffee and cake on a roof top terrace overlooking the market
stalls one evening. Van Morrison was wafting through the
speakers, there was a perfect summer breeze, we heard the call
for prayers at a nearby mosque, and had a breathtaking view of
the bridge. It doesn’t get much better than that.

I was there three days and did a couple speeches, so I probably
saw about two percent of what the city has to offer. If you want
to do the city justice, give yourself two weeks. If you want to
explore the rest of the country, give yourself a year or so.
What an amazing place.

Just as I was leaving, I got a note from Chris Reynolds at the
Internet Marketing Center. They’re offering a special program
you’ll probably want to know about…

Chris told me that that Derek Gehl is offering 250 memberships
to the Web’s most powerful online Internet marketing community
— his “Internet Entrepreneur Club.” If you do ANY kind of
marketing online, you should make sure you snatch up one of
these before they’re all gone.

Here’s the deal…

Derek is looking for *real people* who’d like to become his next
Internet success story. (No computer or business experience is
required.) It’s a chance to use his team of Internet
business-building experts to learn how to start a wildly
lucrative Internet business in just 45 days.

He has protégées in this program earning an extra $4,000…
$7,500… even $12,000 per month, working as little as 15
minutes per day — even if you have NO business ideas or website
yet.

As you’ll see, there is absolutely no risk involved in test
driving this booming members-only community of Internet
entrepreneurs. In fact, for the next 30 days, Derek is willing
to let you try it for just $2.95. His only conditions are that,
once you’ve achieved your income goals, you agree to:

(#1) Write him a glowing testimonial, and (#2) Let him use your
success story to inspire others.

I strongly advise you to jump on this fast. You can get all the
details at: Internet Marketing Center

That’s it for now. I’m home just a couple days and then I’m off
on another around the world trip, so I’ll check in from
Australia or Asia. Have an amazing week!

Customer Service Is Viral

If you are in a business that sells services, staff your business for the convenience of your customer base. Your staff should be trained to tell the truth. If your company operates several divisions, for example customer care and field support, your systems should be integrated so customer care has the latest information on service issues and status.

For example if you happen to be Bright House Networks, having a thin staff after 6PM on a weeknight when a lot of people are home from work and have the opportunity to call tech support is not a good idea. It is also not a good idea to schedule a technician to be at a customer’s home for service and then just not show up. Doing that twice is particularly irritating. Being placed on hold for extended periods of time creates tremendous ill will. Being told incomplete and even false information is even worse than being on hold. Being stood up for appointments makes a person who is paying for service feel really bad about sending money. When customers are treated like this, they have the incentive to jump ship to the first company who convinces them their service are better.

For those competitors of companies of Bright House thinking they can easily motivate a disgruntled customer, don’t be too quick to conclude unhappy customers of are “low hanging fruit.” Most people buying cable, cell and other technology services realize the “devil you know is often better that the devil you don’t.”

The best way to earn new customers is to take very good care of the ones you have. The word spreads. It is called viral marketing. Viral marketing can help you lose customers too. In this article I mention a company where I have experienced periodic problems of increasing magnitude. There are new services like the FOS network of Verizon that I have looked at. I have not heard much complaining about Verizon lately.

Isn’t it unfortunate we often look for the fewest complaints when considering technology services. There are exceptions. Host Gator, my web site hosting company is absolutely wonderful. The few times that I have called them, they have always been very helpful. Notice I said the few times that I have called them. Apple is another one. My new iPhone is remarkable. I have had just a few minor issues. Each time, I have simply gone online and watched a video or read a report. The information they provide is outstanding. I did call AT&T, iPhone’s partner, about a weak signal. I reached a very pleasant person who told me I was in a weak signal area even though there are 50 towers in my market. I asked them to maybe make an adjustment to one of those 50. I was informed a trouble ticket had been entered on my behalf while we had been talking. The signal has improved.

As you progress through your day, there are countless opportunities to observe companies that basically get it and ones that don’t. I learn from both examples and use those examples to help my consulting clients improve. I also use the best examples when choosing new services.

Just one more thing, when you have a customer who has been with your company a long time, take good care of them. When a new product like the iPhone which is totally cool comes out, they may be tempted, but will stay your customer because of how they have been treated. I hope Nextel reads this and acts on it.

I used to become very upset with all the “should be, should have been, etc.” Now I am practicing being calm and happy all the time. I have learned the principle that what you feel and bring into your life is a result of what you think about and what you focus on. Nobody or event can upset you. It is impossible. When you are upset, it is a result of what you are thinking about. This is easier to write than to do when you have been conditioned like I have. I hope it is easier for you. There is some material at a site in development that I have named The Prosperity Roadmap that I really like and maybe you will too.

May you and yours experience permanent prosperity in all areas of you life.

John Reese Owes Me No Apology

If you are on John’s subscriber list you probably received an email this morning from John Reese apologizing for a recent promotion by The Rich Jerk for a charity event at the Playboy mansion. If you are not on his list, you should be and click here to join.

If you look up John Reese in my book of business people I admire, you will find John on the first page. He is in the elite group of Internet Marketers which is why RJ wants him at the charity event and is exactly why he deserves to be there as a VIP.

I am guessing John caught heat from bible belt fundamentalists and others – people who believe their role in life is to pass judgment. I don’t know about you, but I am in no position to pass judgment on anyone. If something is promoted, published or broadcast in any way shape or form that I personally don’t align with, I simply look for the delete key.

John, please don’t go down the path of responding to those who feel they have the right answer on how we should conduct our life. Candidly that is a personal decision. If you feel you compromised you belief system by something you promoted, remember that is history and just readjust your focus going forward.

I am among the least qualified to lecture on the topics of The Law of Attraction and other prosperity principles. However, I will say this, nothing you are doing John is in conflict with what your talents. Every promotion and product you are involved with is a gift. It is an instructional gift on how to develop business.

John – please no more apologies. Remember the Jimmy Carter revelation in Playboy? This is where I will make one judgmental comment – that was pathetic. Don’t go there.

May you and yours experience permanent prosperity in all areas of you life.

Why Should You Purchase 7 Day Turnaround – When The FREE Alternative Is Superior?

The 10Minute MBA vs. Simpleology’s “7 Day Turnaround”

Mark Joyner released the “7 Day Turnaround” Sunday evening July 1, 2007. I have studied enough of this course to conclude: “If you work the 7 Day Turnaround Plan, you will make a positive difference in your business. This alone is well worth the price of the course. In fact, the price is a bargain considering the hourly rates charges by many of the people who represent themselves as experienced turnaround business consultants.

Several week’s ago I released the first training session on video for The 10 Minute MBA course. This is an in-depth guide to dramatically increase your business the profits in 90 days or less. The difference between The 10 Minute MBA and “7 Day Turnaround” is depth and timeline. The 10 Minute MBA will teach you the management system that is used by many very successful companies today both large and small. It will teach you the exact steps used to turnaround businesses losing cash profits.

7 Day Turnaround is a great “get going right now” tool. This is why I highly recommend the course. The 10 Minute MBA is not complete – far from it actually. Today I released Video 2 which begins to show you exactly how to structure the powerful eight week cash flow tool that is essential for managing any business. Viewers will receive the template in a link published during the presentation. Click Here to check it out

Mark Joyner is a great teacher and marketer. He consistently delivers very valuable content. I have been a member of Simpleology since it’s inception and have purchased every module offered including the 7 Day Turnaround. I have also purchased and studied his books. I continue to recommend his programs to everyone. I also encourage you to take a very close look at the content of first two videos of The 10 Minute MBA program.

When you do, you will notice some production differences. I am an amateur at video production and Mark is an expert. Beyond that, I am confident you will find the content of The 10 Minute MBA well worth your time.

May you and yours experience permanent prosperity in all areas of you life.

Companies Saying “We Don’t Want Your Money”

It happens every week. It happened again this morning. I try to spend money on a product or service and I am told ” We Don’t Want Your Money, Steve”!

Do the people working for these companies actually say those words? Not really, but they make doing business so difficult, I ask myself, “why are you spending your money with them”?

The answer in most cases is that I don’t have the time to find an Internet provider to replace Bright House and I don’t want to find another gym just because the Bally’s Fitness Center promotion that says “Renew by Phone 24 Hours a Day” is really just kidding.

What I know from these experiences and many more that happen all the time is that there are tons of opportunities out there for people to make money by solving these problems. I also know the companies that cause all of this inconvenience, the ones that are huge time bandits and who do not deliver value for what they charge, can fix those problems – if they want to.

Business is simple. I started talking about that in the first video of my new program 10 Minute MBA . Solving the problems that frustrate the customer is easy. Yes it is easy.

In the next few days, I will release the second video. I will disclose exactly how to set up a foundation tool that I use all the time for helping companies achieve their business and profit goals.

If you think this is just for companies with a lot of employees you are mistaken. This process applies to every company in business to make a profit even you are working from you kitchen table in your underwear.

Register here for alerts that my blog has been updated so you won’t miss any of this series as it is released or just check back if you prefer.

This series is FREE and because it is FREE some of my competitors are not happy. Others are delighted because they are using all of this material with their clients. I am fine with that. There are so many companies that need help.
