Bill O’Reilly there is no race issue. There is an issue with everyone thinking they have the answer and that answer is to control someone else.
Bill why did you avoid the real issues including:
1. The impact of welfare on divorce and out of marriage pregnancy. Come on Bill you want Obama to run ads telling black women not to get pregnant- really?
2. Legalize the drugs – yes that is correct. Study prohibition. You want to throw the book at people selling drugs. How has that been working? Take the economics out of it. Nobody has the balls to address this idea. Too political too much risk for my job. Well I am not owned by Fox or anyone and I tell you let’s go toe to toe on this one. We have had decades of the same approach and none of it has worked.
Bill O’Reilly you went after Obama and his leadership. Have you gone after his leadership on the other scandals that are so public right now. Did you go after anyone for creating new diversion from the other big issues/scandals that remain outstanding?
Bill O’Reilly we need leadership in the media. Glenn Beck,Rush, Wayne Allyn Root, Hannity are asking the tough questions. You can too and you need to be. We are counting on you.
I am confident that your definition is not accurate and if you are then you have training that is serving you very well. As a very experienced person in business, when faced with challenge of defining these and many other commonly used words in business I could only kinda of explain them and not really define them.

One of the major lessons for me this year has been the realization of how many words I assume I and others know and clearly do not. One important example is the word success. What does it mean?
The word success is defined many ways. Some say it is a large bank account. Others say success is freedom to do what they want when they want. I have received no less than twenty different definitions when I have asked this question of audiences when I speak.
Before I continue I would like to reach an agreement with you which is: nothing I write is true unless it is true for you. I learned this agreement from my friend Meir Ezra and I love this agreement and use it now more frequently when I write and coach.

I am a very experienced international real estate investment and business turnaround coach. My success rate is 100% with those people who follow my coaching instructions. 2012 was a very good year for me. My business results were greater than any year since 2007. What was different? I began working with people who coach me. Those I coach know the three foundation tools I use to help students achieve their ever expanding goals. These are
1 Vision Board
2.Accelerated Accountability Worksheet
3.Financial Plan
2 and 3 are in my classic, time proven Gold Formula format.
Recently I remembered that in 2010 I was emphasizing the use of the Daily Top 5. While this seemed to fade away when I began using the Accelerated Accountability Worksheet which is a weekly time management system I realized the Daily Top 5 should be elevated as part of my own work and I am again coaching students on using this as well.
Now I have a small journal that I can easily carry with me and each day – usually first thing in the morning I am writing my Top 5 – the 5 most important things I want to accomplish that day. Of course these tie to my Vision Board and other tools. However there is one key difference. My Top 5 includes health, self development and relationship goals and often my three foundation tools are mostly business development focused. Having said that I am adjusting the vision board and accelerated accountability worksheet to reflect my health and relationship priorities. Increasingly I am linking all of this to a bigger picture life mission statement which I am still in the process of clarifying.
I am taking the guidance of Les Brown that I heard in a recent interview with him where he talked alot about being able to do more to serve and leave a stronger legacy when he is gone. Now here is a guy who already has made a huge difference in the lives of many. If he is thinking about doing more, I think that is sage advice. I am following it and hope you do as well.

1. When you’re fully self-expressed, fully demonstrating your values and your views, you’ll naturally attract and draw to yourself those you’re best suited to work with, and you’ll push away those you’re not meant to work with.
2. Know this — nothing great, nothing transformative, nothing that ever shaped the common good and inspired others has ever happened except by thinking big.
3. Stand for something (or others will stand on you).
4. Thinking big means transcending our small thoughts. I’m m not smart enough; I can ’ t risk my secure job on some flimflam dream; my parents [spouse, children, friends] won ’ t approve; people will think I’m crazy; nobody will like me anymore; I don’t have the time; I don’t have the energy; I can’t make a difference, I’m only one person; I don’t . .. ; I can’t . . .
5. Inspiring others to think big is perhaps the single most impor tant act of any one individual thinking big.
6. You are more than you know and can do more with less than you think.
7. Thinking big is not about one person thinking big alone on the secluded island of their dreams. It is about one person thinking big and showing family and friends and colleagues and others how to think big, and on it goes.
8. Any revolution, global, local, or personal, is about being fully self – expressed in the face of all the forces that conspire to pacify your drive, your hunger to be the most you can be.
9. A revolution is about one person at a time experiencing their own personal empowerment against an existing, deficient (small thinking) system. The deficient system may be something as big as a whole political system, or more local, like the system of a family, job, or relationship structure. It may just be the way you think about yourself and your capabilities.
10. We pledge to fight consciously every day against the small thoughts that threaten to derail our plans, our aspirations, and our dreams.
11. Think: “Why not me?” instead of “Why me?”
12. It is never too late to abandon our prejudices, to rethink, to think deeply again, again, and again about the world and what is right.
13. The truth is that big thinking is always, always [always, always, always] worth the expenditure of energy.
14. The only reward of small thinking will be paid in the common currency of all small thinking — unaccomplished dreams.
15. Small thoughts fear the future. Big thoughts are the future.
16. The condition for intellectual capital is big thoughts. The condition for spiritual capital is love. The future of big thinking rests exclusively on the combination of both.
17. We cannot (must not) wait for other people to tell us that we’re worthwhile.
18. Our core is that part of us that can never be destroyed no matter what is done to us. We can be beaten and tortured, tormented by others. We can lose everything we own. We can lose the love of our life. But there is a part inside of each of us that cannot be taken away. It is our core and it is rich and abundant.
19. To think big is to know there is no absolute knowing, except the knowledge that big things are possible.
20. Get comfortable with discomfort (if the shoe pinches, it fits).
21. There’s no right first step and no last step. To begin to think big is organic. Once you start it will grow like the seashell, your thoughts expanding ever upward and outward.

I think if you are confident in you skin you are not afraid of being out there. No let’s look at another area – points of view opposite of mainstream popular politics. If you follow me on Facebook and other social media sites you will see I am what some would label a Patriot – I prefer the Libertarian label -doesn’t matter. What I stand for are the tenants of our constitution. I stand for at a deeper level Life Rights – the right of all to live their intentions in freedom and peace.
Harold’s story appeared in the December 12, 2012 issue of Forbes Life. For those who may not be familiar with Continental Resources, they have the largest position in Bakken field and he says they will double their oil output again over the next five years. (It is worth your time to look up Bakken field in your favorite search engine.)
There are several very important points in Harold’s story:
1. He learned as a teenager that if we follow our passion in life we will do well.
2. Harold wrote a thesis in high school about petroleum and discovered he wanted to become an explorationist. This became a dream he strove to come true.
3. In pursuing his dream he sought out mentors to teach him.”I became obsessed learning from them day and night.” He names his mentors in the article because he says “they were willing to show a hungry young man about the industry and teach him what they spent years learning.
4.” No matter what, you’ve got to follow your passion in life and always keep on learning”

“Success Is An Inside Job” – I coach on this point and it is the core of every presentation I give to audiences in the US and Canada. There are three tools that are the foundation for my business ventures and for everyone I coach regardless of their industry specialization. These industries include: real estate investment, retail, mlm, wholesale, construction, professional services and more.
2 and 3 are in my classic Gold Formula format which is Plan-Actual = Variance.
There are additional tools that are used as I work forward with clients and help them stay on the path of achieving success in the three pillars of their life: health, relationships and money. However, we always start with the Three Foundation Tools.
Deliberately Create Your Success
Branding is one of the sections of the Vision Board. In this section we develop a very clear definition of the business model. Using the AAW we focus on those actions that will result in the transactions that will achieve the Financial Plan Targets. All of this is linked to the picture of what the student is intending to experience. In the following video Abraham through Ester Hicks explains the Universal Law of creating the outcome in your vision which then drives you to the actions that will get you the results you are intending. Notice the emphasis on the sequence – thought then action. This is very important.
Do What You Love
If you are passionate about what you do, you are very likely to achieve the success you desire. The primary reason is The Law of Opposites. All of us have varying degrees of opposite experiences. An easy to understand example is our knowing the difference between hot and cold. If we didn’t know cold there could be no hot. The same is true for those life and business experiences we categorize as exciting and positive. We know what that feels like because we know the opposite. When life delivers the hits we will get back up if we love what we do.
Here is one great example of a person completely focused …. “by day I tell all my friends my dream is to spend my life doing what I feel I was born to do…”
Continue To Develop Your Skills and Confidence Without Any Comparisons or Attention To What Others Think
Of course I am not suggesting ignoring the guidance and wisdom of others. As a coach I have a major responsibility to guide people and no the difference between what I see as absolutely working and that which may be opinion based. To conclude this blueprint, I share with you what may be the most inspirational video ever. No one thought this person ever could get up and do what she did. Think about her presence and how seemingly opposite it is from her unshakable confidence. What did she say when asked why she was not yet a star? “I have not been given the chance before!” …and the rest is history.
Concluding Advice

Looking forward to my week I have a number of very important responsibilities. There are my ongoing coaching appointments by phone, then I travel to coach on site for a few days in Utah. In between I am hosting a couple calls with several high profile people.
Those high profile people calls are the ones I think about nearly everyday as I am the host and I am accountable for making sure the discussions are relevant for the people who have paid money to be on these calls. I am very experienced in business, economics and much more. However, think about having to make sure an hour call is viewed as valuable by people paying alot of money to the firm that markets this program.

I know from talking with a couple very successful people today that they are engaged in moving their business forward and address needed actions whether it is Sunday or not. Creative Thinking for Increased Revenue, Profits and Longevity.
I had not realized just how much the success of my coaching work is due to creative thinking with my students. Just in the past month I connected the dots on products and services offered by three different students that have a high probability of expanding their respective businesses geometrically. All resulted from simply thinking about the common denominators for their initial target market and saying where else?
The idea for Health Rewards Now came while running as I was learning more about the five pillars that are the foundation of that business. Initially I thought that I would have one medical professional expert working with me. Then I started thinking about my network and realized there are several people who are quite notable and who would be perfect member of the board. I then new I wanted to attract a person with a very specific set of credentials and non-traditional mindset. Everyone I contacted knew they wanted to be part of this once I described the business purpose and model. Then as I mentioned the credentials and profile I was interested in adding to the team, I was instantly introduced to a person who fits the description perfectly.
I expect to be presenting the core team of this new venture in less than a week. This means from idea formulation to phase 1 implementation, it will be less than 10 days. The key to this is not worrying about whether I have all the pieces and parts in place. It is a process of allowing an idea to gel and implement in incremental steps. Incremental progress can be very creative if you keep focusing and paying attention to options.
How Are Creative Thinking and Life Extension Related
Creative thinking grows our brain which is an integral part of longevity. I remember when my grandfather decided to retire from 40 years working in the steel mills. He concluded he had worked long and hard enough and so when he retired he didn’t really do much plus he was around my grandmother a lot more which he was not used to. That combination was his death sentence and so while there are long life lines on both sides of my family, my grandfather did not live that long after he retired. Generally most people who do not enjoy what they are doing and focus on the day when they can retire cut their lifetime short. Today the Wall Street Journal reported and interview with Nokia’s former chief designer Frank Nuovo. Frank discusses how Nokia’s research and development team had prototypes of the smartphone and tablet with many of the popular features developed and marketed by Apple years later. The difference is that Nokia never brought the products to market and Apple did. Frank goes on to say that Nokia’s corporate culture was great in supporting research and development but lacked the culture of execution. Nokia just didn’t execute. Now the earnings for Nokia have plummeted and the company is playing catch up to survive.
Strong Profit performance results from Strategic Execution
Strategic Executionmeans being relentless taking action on the Top 20%. My friend George Ross (Donald Trump’s Executive Vice President) is passionate about 20% of all we do delivers 80% of our results. The Top 20% make up the A List. I have found this to be absolutely true in my own ventures and with the business owners I coach regardless of the business niche. Identifying the Top 20% is not difficult. However, the key to success is execution or taking action to implement the Top 20%. A related action is the continual review of the A List to confirm all items are still an A. Accountability for executing the A List is the primary value of having a coach. In the book Execution by Larry Bossidy, several most successful CEO’s in the world unanimously state their success is due in part to having a coach. What is holding you back?

Several people I coach are working business models that have more than a normal risk of not being successful. That is not typical of all the people I work with. My responsibility is to guide all on the successful performance of the business selected as measured by an increasing rate of revenue and profits. As many of you may be aware, our President, Joe Perry, will be retiring on July 6th. First, I would like to take a moment and thank Joe for his time as President of One24. Initially, Joe’s intentions were to consult and develop products for the company. Eventually, he agreed to run One24 for at least 2 years. I knew we wouldn’t be able to keep Joe at the helm for much longer than two years; but the foundation he has established leaves behind a solid platform for One24 to continue to thrive for years to come. Upon Joe’s retirement as president, he will be back doing what he loves — the continued development of new products. Joe’s talent and passion for developing high quality products will be a blessing and a benefit to all of us at One24. With Joe stepping down as President, I felt strongly as the Founder that I needed to step up and for the first time become the President of my own company during this time of transition. Starting this week I will begin the assumption of those duties.
It was almost 2 years ago that One24 launched. There have been some amazing times, some good times and some rough times. Much of what has happened has been amazing and good and is now ingrained in the One24 culture. The bad times have resulted in the ongoing process of change and improvement. In the real world of business, few companies survive the first 2 years. One24 not only survived, but also prospered. The company is debt-free and profitable. Our President, Joe Perry, created and introduced 3 great products. The most recent, NatraLEAN™, has the potential to take One24 to a whole new level of success. We have continued to have the highest payout in the industry, on-time shipments of products and most importantly, we pride ourselves that since the company’s inception we have accurately and timely paid commissions to to every One24 Member. Our customer service has continued to improve and become more pro-active. Our marketing efforts are consistently getting better and we have branded One24 on a national level through our association with professional racing.
So the million-dollar question becomes, “Why is attrition still so high and why are we not growing?”
After 2 years you better know why, and what to do. And I know. When I started One24 my goal was to have a simple program and a dynamic pay system. The problem: we tied ourselves to an outside I.T. company to write the Commission Plan and provide all of our Back Office functions, which resulted in a lack of user-friendliness and simplicity. We were forced to “fit a square peg in a round hole” whereby simplicity became complexity and frustration. As a person who believes that simplicity is an integral component in creating viral growth, I literally could not take it any more and made a decision to quietly build my ultimate dream program with my own in-house software developers. So forgive me for my excitement, but today I can announce we are on the cusp of viral growth and I can tell you why in 2 words – “Day 1.”
Day 1, a sister company, will be a new beginning for all our PCs and for people all over the world. Day 1 will foster explosive incomes and resurgence for One24. Though 2 companies, you still have one owner and one heartbeat for both.
Between now and our national convention in Las Vegas, you will experience the most exciting time in One24’s history! There is so much to learn and so much more to do.
