Time To Be Great LLC is the name of our company or TTBG. The time is now as many businesses operating in the traditional fashion are not working very well. Just today a report was published stating that in major metro markets more businesses are closing than opening for the first time ever. On the same day I sent the first draft of our business summary to my partner for review before it is sent to those interested who have signed an NDA or non disclosure agreement. This article offers the main features of our business as our goal is to attract more who are interested.
TTBG Defined and Our Foundation Principles
TTBG is an innovative business development platform that solves the problem of people and companies that have assets with substantial value and inadequate liquidity (cash) This uniquely valuable business model operates with very few absolutes. The few include:
TTBG controls the asset and the deal
We only do business with people we know and want to work with or who come highly referred and pass our vetting.
Before an asset is assigned to our control, there is a notarized memorandum of understanding that includes the terms and conditions a preferred member in our company first. Once done the asset is assigned and we proceed to the capital raise phase.
Sources of funds for our assets already assigned to TTBG or to be controlled in the future are highly secured by our assets and by the shares of the preferred members assigning the assets to our company. There is another additional benefit: a person participating in the funding that is liquidity for our assets is also a preferred member. They in essence have preferred stock. All are defined with a notarized memorandum of understanding prior to the funding. The value of that funding position is determined by the value of our company which already is increasing rapidly and the time the funds are deployed.

What people post on line is a reflection of what they think. The volume of posts on Syria is huge. The following are what I see without looking actually. What that means is I am not searching for Syria stories and points of view. What is amazing is that I see no posts from Americans in favor of aggressive action toward Syria except from the Obama team. It is time our elected officials listen to those who elected them. If they know something that we don’t the time is now to disclose it.
Bill O’Reilly there is no race issue. There is an issue with everyone thinking they have the answer and that answer is to control someone else.
Bill why did you avoid the real issues including:
1. The impact of welfare on divorce and out of marriage pregnancy. Come on Bill you want Obama to run ads telling black women not to get pregnant- really?
2. Legalize the drugs – yes that is correct. Study prohibition. You want to throw the book at people selling drugs. How has that been working? Take the economics out of it. Nobody has the balls to address this idea. Too political too much risk for my job. Well I am not owned by Fox or anyone and I tell you let’s go toe to toe on this one. We have had decades of the same approach and none of it has worked.
Bill O’Reilly you went after Obama and his leadership. Have you gone after his leadership on the other scandals that are so public right now. Did you go after anyone for creating new diversion from the other big issues/scandals that remain outstanding?
Bill O’Reilly we need leadership in the media. Glenn Beck,Rush, Wayne Allyn Root, Hannity are asking the tough questions. You can too and you need to be. We are counting on you.

I honor all the women and men who have fought for our country and are still fighting for the idea of our country. I am deeply saddened to see how we have ignored the infringement or our rights:

We Have Failed Our Servicemen and Women Miserably
And we are failing our children miserably.
We Are Not Independent and Free
We have allowed government to outlaw God and prayer in our schools when we should be shipping those who disagree to a country where they can practice what they believe.
We allow government to continue without question when there are serious questions surrounding events including Benghazi, Sandy Hook, the Boston Bombings, the IRS scandal and more. We just are complacent on these and many other issues.
I wake up in a place that shelters me, has running water and where I have access to good food for nourishment. I am truly blessed in comparison to 50% of the world’s population that struggles for acceptable drinking water and if found has minimal chance for sufficient daily nourishment. I am allowing my government to ignore this absolutely solvable condition.
We have allowed our government to establish such restrictions that the medical community goes offshore where there are amazing advancements in solving cancer, heart failure, body part failure, dementia and more.
We have allowed government to spend huge money so that people who do not understand English can receive benefits. None of my grandparents understood English and guess what –I do and so does all in my family and we achieved that without any government assistance or having to press 2 if you want to hear the message in another language.
We allowed the government to implement policies which have driven the national debt to nearly 17 trillion dollars and in reality it is over 100 trillion when you count unfunded obligations.
We have allowed government to implement policies which has resulted in unemployment being the highest ever in an period we call recovery. The unemployment rate is so high because we have allowed government to implement laws that tax growth and implement programs that make it easy for people to not move to a place where jobs are needed.
We allow the food stamp program to more than double in four years all the while there are towns crying for help because they cannot find people who will work. Many of the 47 million people on food stamps and the countless million on the government dole have the ability to work but why would they?
Bottom Line
We have allowed our government to evolve to where we do not trust those in government unless you are receiving benefits that are the primary reason unfunded programs account for over 100 million in debt. If you are in that group I feel you are delusional as to the sustainability of such programs. If you think I am against helping those in need I take you back to my childhood where none of these programs existed and we helped each other. Our country was founded on the principle of the Republic which means the rights rest primarily local and not national.
We have allowed our government to extend the responsibility for defending our country to coercing citizens by threat of confiscation of weapons and surviellence of our every move in the interest of homeland security. This extends to the outrageous search seizure and delay at our airports.
Yes we continue to enjoy many freedoms and I am always so appreciative to return to the US when traveling internationally. However I am embarrassed at the lack of vocal opposition to the truth of what our government stands for which essentially is a socialist society vs. the republic on which this country was founded

GOOD MEMORIAL DAY AMERICA TODAY BROUGHT BACK A REMEMBRANCE TO ME THAT ONLY IN OCCASIONAL DREAMS I HAD REMEMBERED. MOST OF THOSE MEMORIES WERE SO PAINFUL THAT I PRAYED THAT I WOULD NEVER DREAM AGAIN.
I WENT BACK IN MY MEMORY WHICH WAS MORE VIVID THAN I THOUGHT MY FORGETFUL MIND WOULD REMEMBER. NEARLY 5 DECADES AGO I WAS INVOLVED IN A “POLICE ACTION” (WAR) THAT WAS A PATRIOTIC PARADYGM (SP). I DO REMEMEMBER MY THINKING SO LONG AGO AND STILL THINK IT WAS A CORRECT ASSUMPTION AND THAT BEING–OLD MEN MAKES WAR–YOUNG MEN DIE TO FULFILL OLD MENS AGENDAS.
WE WERE HINDERED BY POLITICAL CONSIDERATIONS THAT KEPT US FROM WINNING A WAR THAT WAS MEANINGLESS. I OFTEN WONDERED IF IT WAS NATURE’S WAY OF POPULATION CONTROL IN THE WORLD.
SINCE VIET NAM I HAVE SEEN COUNTLESS ENCOUNTERS THAT BASICALLY WAS UNNESSARY BUT FOR POLITICAL OR FINANCIAL REASONS WITH AN UNDERLYING RELIGION ASPECT BEING ALSO BEING PREVELANT.
SINCE BIBLE DAY’S WAR’S WERE FOUGHT AND SOME LOST AND SOME WON, BUT–IT STILL WAS WAR. WAR IS THE MOST USELESS WASTE HUMANITY HAS EVER CONCEIVED.
THERE ARE NO WINNERS AND NO LOSERS IN WAR–IT IS AN INSANE ATTEMPT TO FURTHER SOME AMBITIONS AND AGENDAS THAT REALLY HAVE NO USEFUL PURPOSE. December 22, 2012 – “What I am about to tell you is something you’ve probably never heard or read in history books,” she likes to tell audiences.
“I am a witness to history.
“I cannot tell you that Hitler took Austria by tanks and guns; it would distort history.
If you remember the plot of the Sound of Music, the Von Trapp family escaped over the Alps rather than submit to the Nazis. Kitty wasn’t so lucky. Her family chose to stay in her native Austria. She was 10 years old, but bright and aware. And she was watching.
“We elected him by a landslide – 98 percent of the vote,” she recalls.
She wasn’t old enough to vote in 1938 – approaching her 11th birthday. But she remembers.
“Everyone thinks that Hitler just rolled in with his tanks and took Austria by force.”
No so.
Hitler is welcomed to Austria
“In 1938, Austria was in deep Depression. Nearly one-third of our workforce was unemployed. We had 25 percent inflation and 25 percent bank loan interest rates.
Farmers and business people were declaring bankruptcy daily. Young people were going from house to house begging for food. Not that they didn’t want to work; there simply weren’t any jobs.
“My mother was a Christian woman and believed in helping people in need. Every day we cooked a big kettle of soup and baked bread to feed those poor, hungry people – about 30 daily.’
“We looked to our neighbor on the north, Germany, where Hitler had been in power since 1933.” she recalls. “We had been told that they didn’t have unemployment or crime, and they had a high standard of living.
“Nothing was ever said about persecution of any group – Jewish or otherwise. We were led to believe that everyone in Germany was happy. We wanted the same way of life in Austria. We were promised that a vote for Hitler would mean the end of unemployment and help for the family. Hitler also said that businesses would be assisted, and farmers would get their farms back.
“Ninety-eight percent of the population voted to annex Austria to Germany and have Hitler for our ruler.
“We were overjoyed,” remembers Kitty, “and for three days we danced in the streets and had candlelight parades. The new government opened up big field kitchens and
everyone was fed.
“After the election, German officials were appointed, and, like a miracle, we suddenly had law and order. Three or four weeks later, everyone was employed. The government made sure that a lot of work was created through the Public Work Service.
“Hitler decided we should have equal rights for women. Before this, it was a custom that married Austrian women did not work outside the home. An able-bodied husband would be looked down on if he couldn’t support his family. Many women in the teaching profession were elated that they could retain the jobs they previously had been re- quired to give up for marriage.
“Then we lost religious education for kids
“Our education was nationalized. I attended a very good public school.. The population was predominantly Catholic, so we had religion in our schools. The day we elected Hitler (March 13, 1938), I walked into my schoolroom to find the crucifix replaced by Hitler’s picture hanging next to a Nazi flag. Our teacher, a very devout woman, stood up and told the class we wouldn’t pray or have religion anymore. Instead, we sang ‘Deutschland, Deutschland, Uber Alles,’ and had physical education.
“Sunday became National Youth Day with compulsory attendance. Parents were not pleased about the sudden change in curriculum. They were told that if they did not send us, they would receive a stiff letter of warning the first time. The second time they would be fined the equivalent of $300, and the third time they would be subject to jail.”
And then things got worse.
“The first two hours consisted of political indoctrination. The rest of the day we had sports. As time went along, we loved it. Oh, we had so much fun and got our sports equipment free.
“We would go home and gleefully tell our parents about the wonderful time we had.
“My mother was very unhappy,” remembers Kitty. “When the next term started, she took me out of public school and put me in a convent. I told her she couldn’t do that and she told me that someday when I grew up, I would be grateful. There was a very good curriculum, but hardly any fun – no sports, and no political indoctrination.
“I hated it at first but felt I could tolerate it. Every once in a while, on holidays, I went home. I would go back to my old friends and ask what was going on and what they were doing.
“Their loose lifestyle was very alarming to me. They lived without religion. By that time, unwed mothers were glorified for having a baby for Hitler.
“It seemed strange to me that our society changed so suddenly. As time went along, I realized what a great deed my mother did so that I wasn’t exposed to that kind of humanistic philosophy.
“In 1939, the war started, and a food bank was established. All food was rationed and could only be purchased using food stamps. At the same time, a full-employment law was passed which meant if you didn’t work, you didn’t get a ration card, and, if you didn’t have a card, you starved to death.
“Women who stayed home to raise their families didn’t have any marketable skills and often had to take jobs more suited for men.
“Soon after this, the draft was implemented.
“It was compulsory for young people, male and female, to give one year to the labor corps,” remembers Kitty. “During the day, the girls worked on the farms, and at night they returned to their barracks for military training just like the boys.
“They were trained to be anti-aircraft gunners and participated in the signal corps. After the labor corps, they were not discharged but were used in the front lines.
“When I go back to Austria to visit my family and friends, most of these women are emotional cripples because they just were not equipped to handle the horrors of combat.
“Three months before I turned 18, I was severely injured in an air raid attack. I nearly had a leg amputated, so I was spared having to go into the labor corps and into military service.
“When the mothers had to go out into the work force, the government immediately established child care centers.
“You could take your children ages four weeks old to school age and leave them there around-the-clock, seven days a week, under the total care of the government.
“The state raised a whole generation of children. There were no motherly women to take care of the children, just people highly trained in child psychology. By this time, no one talked about equal rights. We knew we had been had.
“Before Hitler, we had very good medical care. Many American doctors trained at the University of Vienna..
“After Hitler, health care was socialized, free for everyone. Doctors were salaried by the government. The problem was, since it was free, the people were going to the doctors for everything.
“When the good doctor arrived at his office at 8 a.m., 40 people were already waiting and, at the same time, the hospitals were full.
“If you needed elective surgery, you had to wait a year or two for your turn. There was no money for research as it was poured into socialized medicine. Research at the medical schools literally stopped, so the best doctors left Austria and emigrated to other countries.
“As for healthcare, our tax rates went up to 80 percent of our income. Newlyweds immediately received a $1,000 loan from the government to establish a household. We had big programs for families.
“All day care and education were free. High schools were taken over by the government and college tuition was subsidized. Everyone was entitled to free handouts, such as food stamps, clothing, and housing.
“We had another agency designed to monitor business. My brother-in-law owned a restaurant that had square tables.
“Government officials told him he had to replace them with round tables because people might bump themselves on the corners. Then they said he had to have additional bathroom facilities. It was just a small dairy business with a snack bar. He couldn’t meet all the demands.
“Soon, he went out of business. If the government owned the large businesses and not many small ones existed, it could be in control.
“We had consumer protection, too
“We were told how to shop and what to buy. Free enterprise was essentially abolished. We had a planning agency specially designed for farmers. The agents would go to the farms, count the livestock, and then tell the farmers what to produce, and how to produce it.
“In 1944, I was a student teacher in a small village in the Alps. The villagers were surrounded by mountain passes which, in the winter, were closed off with snow, causing people to be isolated.
“So people intermarried and offspring were sometimes retarded. When I arrived, I was told there were 15 mentally retarded adults, but they were all useful and did good manual work.
“I knew one, named Vincent, very well. He was a janitor of the school. One day I looked out the window and saw Vincent and others getting into a van.
“I asked my superior where they were going. She said to an institution where the State Health Department would teach them a trade, and to read and write. The families were required to sign papers with a little clause that they could not visit for 6 months.
“They were told visits would interfere with the program and might cause homesickness.
“As time passed, letters started to dribble back saying these people died a natural, merciful death. The villagers were not fooled. We suspected what was happening. Those people left in excellent physical health and all died within 6 months. We called this euthanasia.
“Next came gun registration. People were getting injured by guns. Hitler said that the real way to catch criminals (we still had a few) was by matching serial numbers on guns. Most citizens were law-abiding and dutifully marched to the police station to register their firearms. Not long afterwards, the police said that it was best for everyone to turn in their guns. The authorities already knew who had them, so it was futile not to comply voluntarily.
“No more freedom of speech. Anyone who said something against the government was taken away. We knew many people who were arrested, not only Jews, but also priests and ministers who spoke up.
“Totalitarianism didn’t come quickly, it took 5 years from 1938 until 1943, to realize full dictatorship in Austria. Had it happened overnight, my countrymen would have fought to the last breath. Instead, we had creeping gradualism. Now, our only weapons were broom handles. The whole idea sounds almost unbelievable that the state, little by little eroded our freedom.”

The Headlines Reported: 146,000 Jobs Were Added In November
What Nobody is Paying Attention To:
1. The Labor Department said Hurricane Sandy did not affect November results – surely that is a second act of nature on the area.
2. 350,000 workers dropped off he radar in November – they stopped looking for work.
3. The Wall Street Journal reported the share of available labor force which is working fell to 63.2% down from 65.7% in June of 2009 when it is reported the recession ended. (Are you like me and missed the memo where the recession has ended.) Two thirds of the available work force are working!! This is the lowest level since 1981.
The WSJ republished the summary of a report by Economist Casey Mulligan of the University of Chicago, that the huge increase in government benefits for not working – food stamps, disability payments, and unemployment insurance are increasing the incentives not to work. “Welfare payments that redistribute income from workers to non workers now exceed a trillion dollars a year!”

Airline Mechanic Blows the Whistle on Chemtrail Operation

For reasons you will understand as you read this I can not divulge my identity.
I am an aircraft mechanic for a major airline. I work at one of our maintenance bases located at a large airport. I have discovered some information that I think you will find important. First, I should tell you something about the “pecking order” among mechanics. It is important to my story and to the cause to which you have dedicated yourself.
Mechanics want to work on three things. The avionics, the engines, or the flight controls. The mechanics that work on these systems are considered at the top of the “pecking order”.
Next come the mechanics that work on the hydraulics and air conditioning systems. Then come the ones who work on the galley and other non-essential systems. But at the very bottom of the list are the mechanics that work on the waste disposal systems.
No mechanic wants to work on the pumps, tanks, and pipes that are used to store the waste from the lavatories. But at every airport where I have worked there are always 2 or 3 mechanics that volunteer to work on the lavatory systems.
The other mechanics are happy to let them do it. Because of this you will have only 2 or 3 mechanics that work on these systems at any one airport. No one pays much attention to these guys and no mechanic socializes with another mechanic who only works on the waste systems.
Fact is, I had never even thought much about this situation until last month. Like most airlines we have reciprocal agreements with the other airlines that fly into this airport. If they have a problem with a plane one of our mechanics will take care of it.
Likewise, if one of our planes has a problem at an airport where the other airline has a maintenance base, they will fix our plane.
One day last month I was called out from our base to work on a plane for another airline. When I got the call the dispatcher did not know what the problem was. When I got to the plane I found out that the problem was in waste disposal system. There was nothing for me to do but to crawl in and fix the problem.
When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the waste disposal system had been changed. It had been about 10 years since I had worked on this particular model of aircraft.
As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system, at all. I had just discovered this when another mechanic from my company showed up. It was one of the mechanics who usually works on this particular type of plane, and I happily turned the job over to him.
As I was leaving I asked him about the extra equipment. He told me to “worry about my end of the plane and let him worry about his end!”
The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before. I even tied in to the manufacturer files and still found nothing. Now I was really determined to find out what that equipment did.
The next week we had three of our planes in our main hanger for periodic inspection. There are mechanics crawling all over a plane during these inspections. I had just finished my shift and I decided to have a look at the waste system on one of our planes. With all the mechanics around I figured that no one would notice an extra one on the plane.
Sure enough, the plane I choose had the extra equipment! I began to trace the system of pipes, pumps, and tanks. I found what appeared to be the control unit for the system. It was a standard looking avionics control box but it had no markings of any kind.
I could trace the control wires from the box to the pumps and valves but there were no control circuits coming into the unit. The only wires coming into the unit was a power connection to the aircraft’s main power bus.
The system had 1 large tank and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment, but it looked like the large tank could hold about 50 gallons. The tanks were connected to a fill and drain valve that passed through the fuselage just behind the drain valve for the waste system.
When I had a chance to look for this connection under the plane I found it cunningly hidden behind a panel under the panel used to access the waste drain.
I began to trace the piping from the pumps. These pipes lead to a network of small pipes that ended in the trailing edges of the wings and horizontal stabilizers.
If you look closely at the wings of a large airplane you will see a set of wires, about the size of your finger, extending from the trailing edge of the wing surfaces. These are the static discharge wicks. They are used to dissipate the static electric charge that builds up on a plane in flight.
I discovered that the pipes from this mystery system lead to every 1 out of 3 of these static discharge wicks. These wicks had been “hollowed out” to allow whatever flows through these pipes to be discharged through the fake wicks.
It was while I was on the wing that one of the managers spotted me. He ordered me out of the hanger telling me that my shift was over and I had not been authorized any overtime.
The next couple of days were very busy and I had no time to continue my investigation. Late one afternoon, two days after my discovery, I was called to replace an engine temperature sensor on a plane due to take off in two hours. I finished the job and turned in the paperwork.
About 30 minutes later I was paged to see the General Manager. When I went in his office I found that our union rep and two others who I did not know were waiting on me. He told me that a serious problem had been discovered. He said that I was being written up and suspended for turning in false paperwork.
He handed me a disciplinary form stating that I had turned in false paperwork on the engine temperature sensor I had installed a few hours before. I was floored and began to protest. I told them that this was ridiculous and that I had done this work.
The union rep spoke up at this point and recommended that we take a look at the plane to see if we could straighten it all out. I then asked who the other two men were. The GM told me that they were airline safety inspectors but would not give me their names.
We proceeded to the plane, which should have been in the air but was parked on our maintenance ramp. We opened the engine cowling and the union rep pulled the sensor. He checked the serial number and told everyone that it was the old instrument. We then went to the parts bay and went back into the racks.
The union rep checked my report and pulled from the rack a sealed box. He opened the box and pulled out the engine temperature sensor with the serial number of the one I had installed. I was told that I was suspended for a week without pay and to leave immediately.
I sat at home the first day of my suspension wondering what the hell had happened to me. That evening I received a phone call. The voice told me “Now you know what happens to mechanics who poke around in things they shouldn’t. The next time you start working on systems that are no concern of yours you will lose your job! As it is, I’m feeling generous, I believe that you’ll be able to go back to work soon.” CLICK.
Again, I had to pick myself from off the floor. As my mind raced, it was at this moment that I made the connection that what had happened to me must have been directly connected to my tracing the “mysterious” piping.
The next morning the General Manager called me. He said that due to my past excellent employment record that the suspension had been reduced to one day and that I should report back to work immediately. The only thing I could think of was “what are they trying to hide” and “who are ‘THEY’”!
That day at work went by as if nothing had happened. None of the other mechanics mentioned the suspension and my union rep told me not to talk about it. That night I logged onto the Internet to try to find some answers.
I don’t remember now how I got there but I came across a site that talked about chemically-laced contrails.
That’s when it all came together. But the next morning at work I found a note inside my locked locker. It said, “Curiosity killed the cat. Don’t be looking at Internet sites that are no concern of yours.”
Well that’s it. Now I know ‘THEY’ are watching me.
While I don’t know what THEY are spraying, I can tell you how they are doing it. I figure they are using the “honey trucks”. These are the trucks that empty the waste from the lavatory waste tanks.
The airports usually contract out this job and nobody goes near these trucks. Who wants to stand next a truck full of sh–. While these guys are emptying the waste tanks, it makes sense that they could easily be filling the tanks of the spray system.
They know the planes flight path so they probably program the control unit to start spraying some amount of time after the plane reaches a certain altitude. The spray nozzles in the fake static wicks are so small that no one in the plane would see a thing.
